Spain — career routes

Spain. Arraigo Social, Laboral, Familiar, de Formación — four established pathways plus Sociolaboral since 2024. Reformed by RD 1155/2024, in force since May 2024. The Labour Ministry (Yolanda Díaz) has publicly committed to a 500,000-worker regularisation drive over the current legislature. Career consultants in Spain match newly-regularised workers primarily to hospitality (Grupo Larrumba, NH Hoteles), care work (Grupo Clece, Hospitales HM), construction (ACS, FCC) and agriculture (ASAJA cooperatives). The Arraigo Laboral route specifically requires a one-year signed contract from a solvent employer — the single most valuable thing a vetted career consultant can produce.
